Question by van: How long should wine sit upright after you bottle it before you lay it on it’s side on the wine rack?
I bottle 10 gallons today and want it off my counters..
I don’t have any sediment in the wine. It is crystal clear. I usually leave it sitting upright for a few days but wondered if that long was necessary.

I have a bottle of burgundy that I purchased and opened several months ago. It has since been sitting on my kitchen counter.
